Resume tailoring
Every application gets its own version
TimeBaQ rewrites your resume per job — pulling forward the experience that matches the role, restraining what doesn’t. Tailored, not templated.
Desktop app · Mac · Windows · Linux
TimeBaQ is a desktop app for job seekers who’d rather practice their pitch than retype their phone number for the forty-seventh time. Set your search criteria, configure your profile once, and let the app apply to matching jobs across seven platforms while you do something else.

How it works
Configure your profile
Upload your resume, fill in your work history, and answer the screening questions you’re tired of retyping. It all lives in a local Q&A library on your machine.
Pick where to apply
Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Glassdoor, Dice, Wellfound, CareerBuilder. Choose roles, locations, salary floors, and a daily cap that feels safe.
Let TimeBaQ apply
The desktop app rewrites your resume per role, drafts a cover letter, fills the form, and submits — while you focus on prep, conversations, or anything else.
The problem
The average tech-job seeker fills out 80–200 applications. Each form takes 15–25 minutes. That’s 25–80 hours of typing — before the first interview.
Most of those hours go to repetition: the same name, the same address, the same education, the same eligibility checkboxes, the same paragraph about why you want this role.
What it does
Resume tailoring
TimeBaQ rewrites your resume per job — pulling forward the experience that matches the role, restraining what doesn’t. Tailored, not templated.
Form filling
The desktop app fills out applications across Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Glassdoor, Dice, Wellfound, and CareerBuilder using your saved profile and Q&A library.
Cover letters
AI generates a starting draft from the job description and your profile. You review and ship — or skip. No more blank page, ever.
Quiet dashboard
Applications, interviews, follow-ups — all in one place, on your machine. No tab juggling, no spreadsheet rot.
Supported platforms
New platforms added by user vote. Greenhouse and Lever are next.
Early users
“I went from twelve applications a week to eighty. The cover letters don’t read like a robot wrote them. That was the part I didn’t expect.”
“Set it up Sunday night. By Friday I had three first-round interviews. I spent the week practicing answers instead of typing my address.”
“The Q&A library is the part nobody’s built well before. Once it learned my answers, the screening questions stopped being friction.”
Quotes are placeholders during the beta. Real testimonials replace these at public launch.

Frequently asked
Browser autofill drops your name and email into form fields. TimeBaQ goes further: it tailors your resume per job, drafts a cover letter from the listing, and answers screening questions using your Q&A library. The desktop app does the work of an afternoon in fifteen minutes.
TimeBaQ runs unattended — set your search criteria, configure your profile, and the desktop app submits matching applications without per-job confirmation. You can pause or stop a run anytime. We deliberately keep the cap modest at lower tiers so you can adjust your search before applying broadly. (A per-application review mode is on our post-launch roadmap.)
TimeBaQ is conservative by default — uses a single browser tab per platform, throttles speed, mimics human input timing. We design carefully against detection but no automation tool can guarantee zero risk. Set the speed to "slow" and start with a small daily cap if you want to be extra cautious. If a platform restricts your account, deactivate it in Settings and contact us — we monitor platform changes and adjust quickly.
Monthly subscriptions through Stripe. Cancel anytime in Settings → Subscription, no questions. We also offer a 14-day no-questions refund if you change your mind after a charge.
Your resume, profile, and application history live on your machine in a local SQLite database. The only thing that touches our servers is your license key (for activation) and AI requests (which we proxy through Cloudflare AI Gateway with logging disabled — we don’t see your application content).
Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Glassdoor, Dice, Wellfound, and CareerBuilder at launch. We add platforms based on user demand — vote in the Discord.
All three. The app is built on Tauri, so it runs natively on each platform with the same UI.
Not yet. Interview prep — mock questions, company research summaries, scheduling — is on the post-launch roadmap. For now, the goal is to give you back the hours you used to spend on forms so you can spend them preparing.
Built-in CapSolver integration. You provide your own CapSolver API key under Settings → Integrations. Each solve costs roughly $0.001 to $0.003 — pennies per session, and only when a platform actually challenges you. We don’t mark up the cost; it’s billed straight to your CapSolver account.
Yes. Per-job AI generation pulls from your saved profile, the listing, and any tone notes you’ve written. Power tier adds custom AI voice tuning — feed it three or four of your own writing samples and the drafts start to sound like you, not the model.
TimeBaQ runs in a single tab per platform with human-shaped pacing — bezier mouse paths, variable typing delays, conservative defaults. It’s the safest setup we know how to build, but no automation tool can promise zero risk. Start on "slow" with a small daily cap; tighten or loosen from there. If a platform restricts your account, contact us — we patch detection issues quickly.
We monitor all seven platforms twice a day with a cron job that runs the full apply flow against a sentinel listing. If a selector breaks, we patch within 24–48 hours and ship an in-app banner so you know to update. You don’t need to babysit it.
